I Don’t Know What to Do

Post-abortion Support for Men and Women

If you have had an abortion and are experiencing any kind of emotional sadness or anxiety, we are here for you. Our trained post abortion counsellors provide support after abortions, to help you come to terms with your experience, and to help you work through your thoughts and feelings and enable you to face the future with hope. We are here to walk with you through this journey.

If you are a man experiencing post abortion pain, please know that you are not alone. We also offer post-abortion counselling for men.

Peer Support

If you choose to keep your baby,  support is offered to help you face the various challenges of parenting, relationships, blend families, etc.

“This was highly beneficial to me and the support I found at the Centre will always have a special place in my heart.”

“I feel like we were able to discuss all my options. I know what I have to do and I feel OK about it. My sister is really sad about her abortion and I think that she needs to talk to someone about it. I am going to tell her about you guys and hopefully she will come and get the support that she needs.”
